SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • We ship to the United States! Orders under $49 ship by weight; on orders $49 and OVER shipping is FREE
  • All orders ship from Summerville, SC 
  • Once you place your order, an email confirmation will be delivered to your inbox. Once the order ships, another email with tracking information will be sent. 
  • Orders can be expected between 4-6 days, but please account for shipping delays due to the holidays, etc.
  • Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
  • LOCAL PICKUP: If you are in the Summerville, SC area, you can select local pickup as an option during checkout.

 

DAMAGED CANDLES

  • We take every care to ensure your candle arrives intact, but in the case that it doesn't, within 30 days of receiving your candle, please send a picture as well as your order number to tomcullipher@southerncharmcandleco.com for a replacement. 
  • This policy applies only to candles purchased through our online store. Unfortunately, if a candle purchased at one of our wholesalers is damaged, we cannot replace it. 
  • If your candle arrives damaged, please dispose of the candle safely and properly.

 

 

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR CANDLE MUG OR JAR

  • Allow candle to burn until about half an inch of wax is left at the bottom of the candle.
  • Put water in a pot that is large enough to fit the candle jar, and then place the candle jar in the water. NEVER put your candle jar into the oven or microwave; this can cause the glass to break.
  • Heat up the water slowly to melt the excess wax. This creates a double boiler, which will allow you to better control the heat to melt the excess wax. As the wax melts, use a spoon to separate the wax from jar. Be careful removing jar from water, it will be hot.
  • Do not pour melted wax down the drain, place in a new metal container for future use or pour into a container to place in the trash.
